Delivery FAQ's

Q    Can I get free delivery?

A    Yes – Spend £45.00 and delivery is completely free

Q Can I choose a delivery day?

A    No but you can nominate an alternative delivery address like work or a family member.

Q    Do you deliver to all parts of the UK?

A    We can deliver to all postal locations in the UK but we can’t deliver to BFPO’s, PO Boxes or the Channel Islands.

Q    What is Standard Delivery?

A    Our Standard Delivery service means that you will receive your order within 3-5 days.

Q    What happens if I’m out when the carrier tries to deliver?

A    The carrier will try up to 3 times to deliver.  The delivery driver may try to leave with a neighbour or in a safe or secure location at the property.  The carrier will leave you a card with the details of where the parcel was delivered.

Q    Can I get next day delivery?

A    No – our contracted courier cannot provide this service at the moment.

Q    Can I specify a time for delivery?

A    At the moment our carrier does not offer this service.

Q    Do you deliver on Saturdays and evenings?

A    Yes – whilst you can’t specify a delivery day our carriers can deliver up to 8pm in the evenings and up to 5pm on Saturdays 

Q    My delivery seems to be taking a long time. What can I do?

A    You can track the order with the carrier using the link on the email we have sent you confirming dispatch. If you have any queries contact us at and we will be happy to help.

Q    What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

A    We pack everything carefully but sometimes damage can occur in transit.  If any of the contents of your package is damaged please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Q    My delivery has arrived but there was an item missing

A    Please go to the My Account section of the website and check that you have purchased the items.  Check if we have sent you an email advising the item is out of stock.  If not please contact us and we will be happy to help

Q    Can I give the carrier extra details?

A    Yes we are able to provide the carrier with additional details regarding your delivery, for example, where to leave parcel if not in.

Q    How will you package my items?

A    We will always package items to ensure that your order arrives as safely as possible.  All of our packaging can be recycled

Q    Do you require a signature on delivery?

A    A signature may be required but the courier may at their discretion leave the package with a neighbour or in a secure location.

Q    Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?

A    Yes, you can specify the delivery address and it doesn’t have to match your billing address.  We may carry out some additional security checks

Q    Can you deliver outside of the UK?

A    No but this facility is coming soon.

Q    Why do you charge for carriage?

A    Carriage on orders over £45.00 is completely free.  For orders below £45.00 we charge carriage to help us cover the costs of the shipping that we incur.
