Blueberry Vegan Protein Breakfast Muffins

Sometimes you just want a breakfast you can grab and go. But it can be so hard finding one that is not full of sugar, and gives you a balance of protein, fats and carbs to keep you going through the morning. These FitChick berry protein muffins are perfect as you can make a batch at the weekend to have ready for those busy mornings through the week, whilst still letting you have a nutritious breakfast.

They're easy to portion due to their size, so you can grab a couple for breakfast or one for a snack and have a healthy option ready to go.  The Very Berry flavour FitChick vegan protein powder gives these a really nice flavour and satisfies the sweet breakfast craving without the sugar.

Servings 12 muffins    Calories 180 kcal
